My misses has been very patient but finally now has the ring she has been after for a while.

We have chosen the venue in Essex which is very nice and doesn't charge corkage which is a massive bonus.

Now we need to look into catering for about 100 guests in December. I don't want top end but don't want fish n chips either.

Is anyone on PH in the catering game in that area or does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks as always...

Whereabouts? We used this co, their food is amazing and pretty reasonable, tho I think they mainly service supplies to restaurants now. Don't be put off by the lack of info, if they still do weddings They are well worth a call http://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/raven-catering-harlow

thanks Rix I'll get in contact with them. the venue is on herts/essex border not a million miles from harlow. do you mind me asking what you paid/head and when that was? PM me if you would rather not say in the open. many thanks.

In my mind it was a couple of years ago, but actually, it was 8 years now so not sure how relevant! Iirc it was in the region of £30/head excluding wine. Was the best bit of beef I've ever had!
