e36 or e46

at momment in to minds have a e36 m3 cab had about 4 years done all the suspension on it brakes bushes thermostart vanos wishbone and any other little thing which needed doing or making better has couple of rust spots nothing much but solid car and know everything on it but have always liked the e46 m3 cab so do i change the e36 m3 which i know well for a e46 m3 and possible can of worms i know its a lot more advanced but its a funny one there is a lot of pros and cons for both so whats the genral idea
