My brother can't remember who he has insured his car with

Strange one I know... But I was wondering if there would be a way to check who my brother has insured his car with? He can't find any paper work and is pretty sure that he was never sent any.

Now he was pulled over for a routine check the other week, so I know that his car is insured otherwise the police would have impounded his car.

If he's insured, he must have paid for it somehow: Check credit card & bank statements for name of the ins. co.
If insurance was taken-out online as a 'download docs only' type policy, check e-mails.
