What's an immaculate Jaguar XJ12 worth?

Hello all.
I am currently at a loss as to what figure to value my Series 3 at.
It's 67000 miles, immaculate, loads and loads of receipts, bills, service history, etc etc.
It'd hold it's own at any car show quite happily.
I know what I payed for it, which was more than its worth to a private buyer. But it's also got a ridiculous amount of history with it, genuine proof of servicing etc.
That's why I'm at struggling to put a price on it.

I'd say about five grand tops. Criminal i know for such a beautiful car, but unless it has something extraordinary about it (total provenance from dealer invoice onwards, that sort of thing...) I can't see it getting any more. Any you see at more than that are at smart dealers like Hurst Park with all the warranty, detail perfection and back up they provide. (I know, that's where I bought mine from!)
But it'll need to be really good for that- no rust starting around the screens, no aftermarket chrome wheel arches, no baggy leather, no sagging headlining, no dodgy air con that "just needs a regas", that kind of stuff.

I think £5k is a bit pessamistic to be honest. As some know, I have been on the grail of an S1 4.2 MO/D in white with red leather for some while but these are now serious money (well north of £10k) so have been tracking the plan B car; an SIII XJ12. The good ones are creeping up and there is clear blue water emerging between the sheds at £2k and below and the proper cars at £5k plus.

Aye it's a compete stunner. It's worth £10000 really, but the marker hasn't quite come to appreciate the Series 3 as much as it deserves, yet. It would show a lot of dealer cars up, to be honest.Hows it on fuel?

- edit* fuel wise - you can get 20 on a run, happily. I'm not too fussed about MPG, tbh. I pay less than a weeks wages for classic insurance, so swings and roundabouts!

Thanks for the decent reply. Jas - it's wonderful. But I am starting a business and need all available equity to give this a decent chance of success.
Mine was Sage Green too. Great colour, really suits the car. Yours doesn't seem to have headlamp washers - have they been removed or were they not fitted for some reason? The general view seems to be that I've been a bit conservative with my £5k estimate - so it'll be really interesting to see what happens next!

I think they look naff, so I've removed them. But I still have them. So they can be refitted if desired. Well it's on car and classic - http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C365754# - for £6250. Which is a steal to be honest.

I have very few interior shots, and there's no reason for me not to! So I should maybe get one sorted out. Yes.I have an excellent S3 also.
It was owned for more than twenty years by a skilled restorer that works for a top Jaguar restoration company.
During his ownership every single part of the car was rebuilt/restored including engine, gearbox, back axle, suspension and so on.
Every part of the car was removed and it was glass-out bare metal painted. All the chrome is immaculate as are the wheels etc. It goes on.
Every nut,bolt washer, rubber seal whatever was renewed. I've seen one owner low-mileage cars fetch half-decent money but I doubt any of them are a patch on mine mechanically.
I took it to France last year without a hitch.
When I advertised the car last year I didn't have any interest at £5k and have now decided to keep it and am putting it back on the road next week. Oh it's a 5 speed manual too.
These cars are criminally undervalued IMHO.
