Help, my dials don't work properly

Hi, I have completely rebuilt my 1997 Subaru impreza turbo but I'm struggling to get the dials to work. For a start the temp gauge doesn't go p for ages and then all of a sudden flies up. Secondly the rev counter does not go with the acceleration so when you put your foot on or take it off it is majorly behind the actual power, and third and finally the fuel gauge doesn't work but I've replaced the fuel pumps with walbro's and checked the float and nothing's getting in the way. Is there an easy fix? I've tried to remove the cluster but didn't know weather you had to remove the dash to undo the cables as I can't seem to pull the dials forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Temp gauge sounds like its working and you may have a cooling issue, to me anyway! might be wrong.

Thanks, all the cooling system has been replaced so don't think it could be that. Will check though. Thanks
