The anti rollbars on my car don't seem to match the 'generic' polybush size

They are:

Front: 26mm
Rear: 22mm

Anyone any different? The 'standard' bushes seem to be:

Front: 22mm
Rear: 19mm

Mine's an earlier'ish '94

Standard is definitely 22mm front and 19mm rear.

The "T" cars have 25mm front and 22mm rear bars which works out at 67% & 80% increases (front & rear).

(My Griff will have thicker bars fitted by Sportmotive, along with a few (!!) other changes)

The factory did offered uprated ARB's 25.4mm (1") front and 22.3mm (7/8")rear.
When I fitted these to my griff, I used - Superflex 24mm ARB polybush from a Ford 2.8 Capri PN. PFF19-406-24 for the front ARB and drill out a standard sized rear polybush for the rear. This was done by making a clamp to hold the bush together, then passed a 21mm drill through it. Hope this helps.

Thanks everyone.

'Sports Pack' is that the option where they check all the nuts/bolts are tight before it leaves the factory!!!

Thanks for the tip on the Front ARB - I managed to get a 22mm Rear - it's the same one as the Cerbera. (Powerflex PFR79-111-22)

Are the rollbars lifted straight out the Ford parts bin or are they TVR parts?

The larger roll bar diameters were originally made for fitment to EURO cars to improve high speed straight line stability on the Autobahns as there was some driver critsism of the cars wandering at 120mph+
I bought the package many years ago directly from the factory to improve track driving, car stayed very flat through the bends reducing weight transfer and improving handling. Worth keeping if you have them, otherwise they are probrably like gold dust now as ther is a deifinate improvement for track usage and would be sought after.

I'm guessing that SteveSPG has probably got two lengths of 22mm and 26mm steel bar on order ready to heat up and bend.....

There is a factory sport pack. Mine has it. I asked superflex to make up bushes for mine a few years ago, so they do know about it.
