My Evo IX FQ 360

Bought a 56 plate evo FQ 360 in jan. Standard car, she looked like this....



She spent a couple of weeks with Lee and Optimum Peformance in Brackley (nothing like ex WRC technicians working on your car).

The present fleet





I've added a carbon bonnet, carbon wing, carbon number plate holder, carbon eyebrows, black rear lights, ralliart mudflads, had her remapped up to 400 BHP and had the wheels refurbed.

Also shod in her in goodyear eagle F1s today as the winter tyres and 400bhp were positively lethal.



What does Pistonheads think of my creation????

Lose the eyebrows - put lights back to standard and she's spot on

Hmm, not sure about all the carbon bits, the eyelid things don't look so hot, and the bonnet just doesn't look right. If it was a white car it might be a different story on the bonnet. The black rear lights I really don't like, it's a very "Chavved out 90s Vauxhall" look.

The exhaust looks nice though, what is it?

+1. The rear lights to me just makes the car look chavved up. The carbon bonnet is a bit of hit and miss. Looks nice from close though - could do with less holes?

Looks better standard in my eyes but its your car OP so who cares what others think. Either way I bet its bloody good fun to drive.

+1 Evo's are Chavy enough looking as standard. Spend the money on the oily bits IMO.

Your car though OP - do as you see fit and enjoy it.

As standard that car looked spot on, stop putting too much into it, its an evo! they're born menacing and evil. Take the silly light things off as well, this is not some golf or saxo.

Im afraid PH will not like some of your additions, but will still like the car.

oh well PH. Is there no-one that likes it???? I've had nothing but people coming up to me in garages and saying what a lovely car it is.

Regardless, I bloody love it.

In the flesh it doesn't actually look max power stylee. Ach, one mans heaven and all that.
