Hi, people keep telling me I can't fit the lamco dials in my car as I haven't got the wiring. Can anyone tell me weather they can be fitted without the wiring or where I can get the wiring from?

Hey,

Is it Classic or Newage, which gauges, and where are you fitting?

I used these install instructions that Subaru issue with the Lamco Boost gauge to fit mine, but that was in a Bugeye.

Hope it helps!

Thanks. Mines a facelift classic. Got the 3 gauges really cheap but was listed with the wiring but never came. Did you do all the wiring yourself? Including for the illumination? Thanks again for the reply

Hi

Yep, although mine was a Subaru supplied gauge so the illumination wires just plug into the loom as standard, although its not that tricky to take a live from the ashtray etc if you needed to.
Bit of a pain yours didnt come with the wiring, are they mechanical or electrical ?

They are electrical as all of them have more than 1 connection on the back and boost has the hole for the boost pipe too. Can you buy the wiring still?

Not seen them for sale seperatly, but the boost one is only a vacum hose and a couple of wires for the bulb, not hard to setup. not sure of the others!
