E92 M3 and extended warranty

another year has passed and BMW have offered me the option to extend the warranty for another year.

Once again I have not needed to use it and with the general reliability of the car (just a feeling I get from reading this and other forums) I'm really considering not renewing this year and putting the £800 they want into an account for any possible work needed this year.

Anyone else had a similar dilemma this year?

Mines 3yrs old the end of Feb, had the letter but will risk it as usual.

Touch wood with all the cars I've had extended warranties wouldn't have paid for themselves.
