Tyres - probably 22 to 24 psi, front and rear respectively.
As for roof - Renovo make great products for this. You can get them at Saab dealers. They make a cleaner and a restorer. You only need the restorer in extreme circumstances. the cleaner is like a dry clean solution. Spray-on, rub off.
The circular reflectors - if you mean the one on the inside of the door - they're easily obtainable for small beer from TVR dealers.

I used the RENOVO soft top cleaner two weeks ago...it was a three part system. First was a cleaner that was a gel that you paint on and wipe off after 20 minutes with a clean damp cloth, then a restorer which you again paint on (mine was dark blue) and finally a proofer. The results are outstanding! BTW it is amazing how grimy the roof gets! I also used teh plastic window cleaner and that works very well too...
