Impreza 2 post ramp - lifting points.

From what I understand the preferred lifting points on my 04 wagon are the special metal plate in the centre at the front end and the rear diff at the back. It should then be put on axle stands on the 4 sill points.

I have use of a 2 post ramp with 4 plates with flat pads to go under the car to lift it. I'm not keen on placing these on the sills, so where are the preferred points to place these 4 lifting plates? Or are the sills ok?
