I actually hate this Range Rover I saw, but does anybody know who modified it IE what company, its the first one I have saw like this and hopefully will be the last one

I saw one in Oxford a few weeks ago that was similar to that but blue, it had "Fantom" on the front...

You're right. I've seen a very similar car on the road with green highlighter instead of pink!
