Shocks and Springs

I m thinking of putting gaz shocks on my 350i 1989. I want them for general road use rather than track or race use. Has anybody put them on a 350i and if so does anyone have the part numbers for both front and rear?

Also I m going to put new springs on. Does anyone know the length of the front and rear existing springs. I m told the fronts are standard ford Granada but rears are tvr special?
