Hypothetical question. If you are a family man and often have to transport lots of children, bicycles, stuff for days out, etc. and you have just won a sizable amount on the lottery which of these two would you choose?

Brabus Viano V8

420hp, 458lbs ft, 0-60: 6.2s, 152mph

TH Automobile TH2.997

480hp, 460 lbs ft, 0-60: 5.1s, 175mph

Are there any other Super-MPVs out there that are available to purchase?

I doubt that would be much faster than a stock diesel Sprinter with a ladder on the roof, nothing else is.

If I had to drive something like that, I'd rather it was as cheap to run as possible, no sense in wasting money that could be better spent elsewhere.

Because they are different, subtle, practical and would show a clean pair of heels to a lot of other cars at the traffic lights.

The Espace F1 was the first thing that sprang to mind when I saw this post 0-60 2.8 seconds top speed 194 MPH. I know its not a production car but I'm sure you could cobble one together if you had enough filthy lucre.

Less practical though more bonkers is the TH2 RS. 780hp and a top speed of 192mph and a central driving position. As driven by Walter Rohrl.

AMG R63 seems to fit the bill quite nicely.
