CN somebody help me out with trying to work out who he sounds like? It was an act in the late 90s early 00s time. I think they were a duo, but he sounds just like the lead singer.

It's driving me nuts and as my iTunes server is off at the moment I can't search through there.

Nope not Starsailor, I'm think they were an Irish duo. One who used to be a poet and one was minister or something just as random.
