Help with offsets please, Fuchs content!

Hello All,
Ive posted this elsewhere but not getting any joy, can someone confirm my calculations please and prove that I am not that stupid.
Im trying to work out a decent spacer size for the rear of my car.
10" wheel which is 254mm.
The wheel has a minus offset of 15mm which means that the outside/face of the wheel will be 142mm from the hub?
The caliper sticks out around 13mm from the hub so I need at least this size spacer to clear the caliper.
Its hard to measure exactly but the arch to the hub is just under 170mm so I figure a 21mm spacer plus the distance from the hub to the outside/face of the wheel will put me at 163mm.
Have I worked this out correctly?
