VERY upsetting sight today

Coming back from friends Nr Chipping Norton, we went through a small town where a Cerbera sat with flat tyres, covered in mould.

i know the one you mean, been past it a few times has been there over a year. does seem a shame to leave it sat there in that state, perhaps someone in the oxford region knows them. hopefully it can be fixed & put back on the road.

sorry, i forgot to say i think its on a 'p' plate so would that make it a 4.2?
