Reference the locked thread on All creatures great and small.

A good topic with a tangent of respecting our food.

Would it not been a better idea to step in and warn off those that are trying to ambush a thread rather than close it.

So where was it going other than around in circles.

It strayed so far from the OP's original question at times it was laughable at times, in fact even the OP came back and was surprised.

The topic question was about the death of Trawled fish that was answered after about three posts, we even had one member posting about koi carp! off topic was not the case.

By all means start another thread, but that one was going nowhere IMHO so it was closed.
