Classified Problem- My ad has disappeared!

I know this may not be the correct place to post this but i can't get through to the pistonheads helpline (calling from Ireland).

I advertised my car less than 30 days ago but the ad has vanished. I cant even see it in ''MY Ads''.

Are there any Admin staff that can help me? I've sent an e-mail bit haven't got a response
