Hi

I'm considering a used 2010/11 SMAX, but need to check if the pax airbag can be disabled for when a rear facing baby seat is used in the front seat. I'm asking if it can be switched on and off rather than being permanently disabled.

Yes, your Ford dealer can retro-fit an airbag deactivation switch.
