"Return to Topic" links broken

I'm finding on a lot of threads, after I make a post, if I select the "Return to Topic" option from the "Thanks for posting page", it takes me to a dead link saying "This page does not exist".

Anyone else seeing similar?

It's got to do with topics with funny names usually, could you give me a link to a few that have this issue and I'll see if something can be done...

It seems to be those with quotation marks in them.
