997 PCM 2.1 Dead!

I have decided to sell the car so the PCM system decides to 'die'!
Symptoms are 'no power'. I've had the unit out and checked the fuse in the back and all are OK. I've also checked the fuses in the footwell and they are also fine.
Stupidly I contacted Porsche and they offered me a replacement one for a lot of money. So basically what I need to ask is:
1. Where can I get it repaired?
2. Anyone selling one?
