I see KFC have just advertised this (phwoarr!):-

Frankly, my mouth salivated, my pants stirred and sphincter quivvered. Not often that all happens at the same time! biggrin

Only problem is the salt levels and having to reheat it so you can eat it as at least two separate meals. Oh and that it's basically sh!t food, but hey, if you're going to at sh!t, might as well look like a man when you do. wink

"Feed the fries to ducks/fat kids"? Not sure it's an official KFC ad.

Ah, well, it does prove it's useful. Not keen on the salt though!

Yeah it's the only biggie. But even then, it's still not over the max of your RDA. If I were to eat it... and I'm thinking about it... I would drink plenty of fluids aftwards and I probably wouldn't eat anything else for the day. But don't forget, if you're sweating a lot you need to replace those electrolytes...

Ahhh I love fast food. Last weekend I had wrap of the day, 5 chicken selects, 2 cheeseburgers, 1 large chocolate milkshake and an apple pie. I worked it out to just under 3,000 calories IIRC.

Food binges are awesome.

It's twice your salt RDA.

Sorry, yeah twice, though sodium actually not salt. Sometimes get the two mixed up, like right now.

Still, it's always more when you're active. RDA's are for the average person and we all know what they fat sedentary state of "average" is these days...

You'll build muscle mass on what you eat after your workout. If you want to end up looking like a chicken dipper eat those.

Of course. The only time your body utilises nutrition from food is after a workout. All the other times of your life are just for fun.

Oh good, so long as you stay near your RDA you'll be fine.

Indeed, but it wasn't on their add so I stuck it on.

Insteresting that I got the nutritional info for 1 x mini fillet and multiplied it by 12. And they just list 12 mini fillets and the figures come out somewhat different.

Hmmm... you think... they make it up... as they go? Noooo.
