Any speed cameras on the M54 ???

Does anyone know if there are any fixed speed cameras on the M54 ??

I had to get to Wales in a rush on Friday night, and noticed and unusual one fixed to one of the bridges

There wasn't last time I went down there but that was over 12 months ago. Don't they have to have signs up?
