Hi,

I am about to start building a Delta 'special' on a basic GT bodyshell. I have a set of Evo 2 front wings and 5-stud Evo wheels. I shall be building an entirely new front subframe and suspension to my own design but need to know a few dimensions from a standard Evo 2 to get the thing to sit and look right.

Unfortunately, I don't know anyone locally (north Leeds) who has one to measure so I wondered if anyone on here could help me please.

To get the front wheels to fill the arches correctly, my initial needs are quite simple:

a: Evo 2 front track dimensions, tyre centre to tyre centre at ground level assuming 'standard' Evo 2 wheels (if there is such a thing!) and

b: Ground clearance of the sills, front and rear ends measured from road to bottom of sill inner flange, when car is sitting unloaded on level ground (assuming standard Evo suspension). I realise this will be quite approximate but just need something to go on so I can design my non-standard wishbones/hubs.

Grateful for any help!
Sounds like a strange project, what is the intended end result? There are dims online somewhere, but I can't remember, they are in some of the integrale books and brochures too.
Have you got a tape measure and some transport? Your Google Fu isn't very strong Sir....

Actually, you're right. A bit more googling got what I wanted! End of thread - thanks.
