Vantage brake pads

Does anyone know what make OE brake pads are?

I have been told they are Textar part number 2021703 fronts and 2016501 rears is this correct?

If this is correct anyone got prices ?

The braking company make Pagid brake pads for Eurocarparts, Pagid is just a brand exclusive to Eurocarparts.

My braking company who supply all my brakes for black taxi parts have the pads that are Textar which apparently are O/E.

What I am saying Pagid are not genuine pads,

Does anyone know what main dealer use as genuine ? if it is Textar then I can get them cheaper than Eurocarparts

Pagid pads... Are what the cars leave the factory with...... I think

Thank You Lunablack, my supplier who are probably one of the biggest manufactures and distributors of braking in the UK tell me that they supply the Pagid brand to Eurocarparts only.

They maintain that Textar is what O/E use.

Probably worth getting a set and seeing what they are like

Pads supplied to O/E are Textar boxes with Pagid products inside,

Yes, as far as I'm aware, dealers fit Brembo....

When I swapped mine last week, the ones I removed were pagid.... I'm 99% certain they were he originals... But there is a chance they weren't

I've had pagid in the back since last summer, and they've been fine

When I removed the OEM pads on my car, they had the Brembo logo on them. Just sayin'

Just to throw another curved ball +MY12.25 cars have different front pads due to the 6 pot calipers

Anyone know if the original Sport Pack wheels would fit over the newer 6-pot calipers and larger discs?

might depend on year and maybe Aston changed their OE supplier after lots of "squeaky brake" complaints under warranty ?

certainly until 3 years ago It was Pagid 4-2-2 (black) Ive had 2 sets of those fitted

the box they come in is not marked Pagid, but if you looked on the pad it does state so....like a lot of OE supplied parts. pagid are big in the OE supplier space and many factory manufacturer pads are made by them

On the AM website there is a photo of one of their Vantage racing cars and it has a Pagid logo on the side
