Car transport from spain

Hi ph'ers, I have been reading for a while but never had much to add before! I hope I am not being too cheeky by asking for some advice!

My mum has a pair of fiat barchettas in Spain at the home of her ex partner and would like to sell them to try and get some money back. The only trouble is selling them where they are, one needs a fair bit of work but the other is in good condition, it may even still have some MOT left.

I have worked out roughly that it would cost about £700-800 for me to fly down and drive the good one back, I was wondering if anyone had experience of transporting a car back from Spain? I wouldn't even know where to look or who to trust!

TBH I would probably just sell them from where they are. Surely that is going to be far more sensible than opening yourself up to the expense and risk of bringing two cars right across Europe. Can't you just stick them on Spanish eBay? Why make life complicated.

Weren't Barchettas only made in LHD?

Won't that limit their appeal in the UK?

They have been for sale down there for nearly a year with no luck plus as part of on going argument/ general hysteria surrounding a relationship breakup there is a certain amount of cant be botheredness on her ex's part! Prices seem to be fairly good for them over here at the moment

Maybe you could find a PHer who is going to Spain and would like a road trip back?
