Well, some of them anyway...

First set on performance stats on the P1.....

217.5mph
0-186mph in under 17 seconds

And 'no more than' 375 cars to be built, with all of them shipped fully equipped ready for road and track.

There are also some very stylized photo's of the car in yellow on a track and it looks stunning.

That's original Veyron fast. Impressive for a RWD car.

The Venom does the same 0-300km/h in 13.6 seconds. World record.

(an F1 car will do it in under 10, so there's some way to go smile )

McLaren have stated from the beginning though that the P1 is aimed at being more about lap times than absolute straight line figures. So the fact that it is still Veyron quick is impressive.

The venom is mighty fast (great evo write up) but I'm not sure it's going to challenge the P1 round a circuit?

Autocar McLaren F1 test:

0 - 60mph: 3.2 secs
0 - 100mph: 6.3 secs
0 - 150mph: 12.8 secs

Not sure what 0 - 186mph would have been.

Top recorded speed Andy Wallace at 240mph on VW's test track, or Jonathan Palmer's 231mph on the Nardo bowl.

Of course a well driven Yaris would beat it round a track these days! wink

It looks like the F1 took 22 seconds to get to 300kph.
