I had 3 guys all email me at a similar time. Out of interest instead of ebay additionally is there somewhere on here I can post some stuff for sale? I have odds and sods like badges etc but can't be bothered to list them all on there.
Didn't you get my mail then Paul? I'm looking at opening up the classifieds on NP so that any advert a member posts will be viewable by all, not just other members. It won't be searchable in the same way as PH by the general public, but all adverts should come up in Google searches though. What do people reckon, is it worth doing, or a waste of my time setting it up?

Well not that I intend to sell mine, but I consider it a good idea, if its only members/reg owners who can advertise their cars it give's them more provenance and hopefully the buyer confidence to buy a known car, make you more work thou H dont neglect Phil .Hope that made sense I do live in Norfolk you know What do people reckon, is it worth doing, or a waste of my time setting it up?

Don't worry Ian, I don't neglect him.
I'm happy to do the work so long as I think it isn't a waste of time.Yes only members of NP (so current and past Noble owners) will be able to post adverts, but hopefully everyone will be able to see them. It won't just be for cars, but anything Noble related - parts, reg numbers, luggage sets etc. I may even allow non-Noble related adverts (so long as they're legal
) if there's a call for it, and that it's understood that NP isn't responsible for them (i.e. adverts are treated the same as those on sites such as Gumtree).I may also allow appropriate businesses to post adverts if I can see there being some benefit to Noble owners. These businesses won't have access to the rest of the site though, otherwise it'll impact on the lack of N&S rules currently enjoyed. I've not had much interest so far - unfortunately it appears that free advertising to Noble owners isn't sufficient to entice companies to offer discounts to those owners.

i presume noble cars for sale will still remain on the classified section on pistonheads as it is now ?

I'm afraid I can't give any advice on this one, all I know is that they're a PITA to fit.I am concerned I might end up drilling the holes in the wrong place !

Sorry to take the thread O/T, but I'd better answer this.

Oh yes, this will be in addition to PH, it's not intended to replace it in any way. However on NP you'll be able to refer to adverts, unlike here, where mods tend to delete any links to adverts on the forums. They'll be free too, not just for those who signed up before January 2009.And Ian,
