Just picked this up, condition is insane. Have dug out an Alexander O'Neal cassette tape, some Kouros aftershave and I feel epic. So just wondering whether to go to Baileys at Watford, Zero 6 in Southend or Charlie Chans wink

Bloody hell did it come with a Delorean to go back in time to pick that up?! Stunning!

Could I be so rude to ask.... how much?

Compared to a MK11 RS2000 which I really wanted and price wise have clearly missed the boat on, these are a steal. They have to be the next investment opportunity ?. Up to £4k and your at the top table with something you just need to polish.

I've got a generic mk.4 and it feels strange looking at the familiar details of one without any rust whatsoever!
Silly old things, I do love the switchgear inside though. Would love an XR3i one day, enjoy yours!!!

Good lord that must have been garaged in someplace dry/warm and with a tardis.

Don't tell me the tyres are original ones as well. P600 hasn't been made for years has it?

Want.

I would also love to find a clean, original Mk4 RS Turbo as I always wanted one as a young 'un.

Hen's teeth nowadays - they were mostly either nicked, ragged or the Max Power brigade got their mitts on them frown

Good spot, its done 55,000 miles so no they not original. P600's was one of the tyres it would have come on when new, Anal I know...but I like this type of detail.

Thank goodness they weren't Firestone S 660's. Showing my age now

Don't jet wash it! It will leak.

I had one back in about 1996, got stolen off my drive, I loved it first proper car I had.

How many miles has that done?

It looks like it has the original type tyres and square terminal battery!

This thread lead me to a waisted afternoon searching Ebay and discussing what will be the next good inivestment. Theses, XR2, Mk2 Gti and 205Gti are my bets. Before they go silly!

That looks lovely, and immaculate. Rare 88/89 spec too with the shadow zolda upholstery, facelift badges, but pre-dates the 90 spec front bumper and rear spoiler.

I thought all 88 on cars had the later Cossie style wheels, but a quick google image search proved that assumption wrong.

Nice spec too, power mirrors, alloys, does it have a heated screen?
