This has been on the AMOC site a few days now and the conclusion seems to be that it is a scam. I have not looked but the feedback section is said to make interesting reading.

Agreed Burnout. Though my OH got very keen on a blue one in Stratstones the other day. Was able to drag her away to the Fiat place and came home with a 500 which is a great little car!

Especially since you can get an Abarth Essesse with 180bhp for half the price of the Cygnet! Brilliant little cars, seriously good fun

The exhaust I've only ever seen people claim about 4hp extra over the standard. I've seen people claim more for aftermark tuned cars though. The Essesse kit only gives about 25bhp over standard for about £3k or so I believe, think everyone would have a further 20hp with a £1k option if that were the case. It's fine, it's ok to want a car to have more power than the manufacturer gave it.

so the 695 £35k + ones are 180bhp. Not the ones that are half the price of the Cygnet...

I'm still fairly sure the Essesse pack with the optional Monza exhaust is the same output at the 695 models...
