Hi guys

Who knows this answer.... Ten points for starters.

Battery in key fob for remote running low. Is it just a simple pop open and re fit battery or is there more to it?

You need TWO batteries.
Replaced mine last week.
No need to re-sync, just replace and use as normal, be careful when popping open you remember how it goes back together, right way round etc.

Batteries are.... CR1220 3V

Well they are for the T cars anyhow.

Good Luck !!

I changed batteries last week cos after filling up at Shell, couldn't get back in car.... Put new batteries in....nothing..tried everything.. nothing.. rang my dealer.. tried everything they said... nothing..

Someone told me the local mobile phone mast interferes with car alarms !! Great !!

Only solution was to keep trying until the mobile phone mast eventually let go and let me get in.. One hour and purchase of two new batteries on a freezing day all down to a bloody mobile phone mast !!!

Grrrrrr !

Yes a simple job until everything springs out and you have the electronics at one end of the kitchen and the battery at the other end frown

To top that it got cleaned on a white wash...seriously fncked then smile
