Engine Mount replacement tips
Discussion
Just replaced mine with SC Power's version, drivers side was reasonably easy as there is a spacer behind the studs, once you find a spanner to get in the small space and get enough leverage on it.
Passenger side was very difficult to extract the old mount, due to the chassis being slightly closer, took a lot of jiggling to get it out, SC Power's mount was slightly bigger, I had to shorten the studs by about 5mm and grind an edge off the top of the mount just to get it in.
Start off with a jack under the the sump, a piece of timber to protect the sump from damage.
Loosen one mount first to give you the movement for jacking while changing the other.
Make sure you have a beer in fridge for when you are done
Good luck

Are the mounts Landrover parts or SD1 or other? I wouldn't want to have to grind down a part that is suppose to be a replacement part. I would prefer original fit if possible.
SC Power's isn't an original part, they don't use standard rubber and the it is in-cased all the way round unlike standard which hasn't got metal at the top and bottom (this is what makes it slightly larger), also they they made the studs a bit longer. Some cars may have more room to play with than others, but it was very tight on mine. The grinding is just on the top outer corner, and only a small amount was removed, and given a radius to slip it past the chassis.
I believe the originals are SD1, but it can get a bit hotter for the these mounts than what was intended in a TVR due to the proximity of the cats, this causes the rubber to break down prematurely.
