You know the one, between the A1 and Micklefield... they were coning it all off again this morning, nice bit of congestion caused.

Wonder if they're going to tarmac it this time rather than having my car covered in stone chips again?

Theres a big topic on this a few months back.

Its a complete disgrace. It really is in very, very bad condition for a road with a 60/70mph limit.

I drive it every day (I think I pass you quite often in the Honda) and have to hold back from people in front as you get peppered. Theres also a ridge of loose gravel down the lane markings, just what you want when pulling out to overtake.

I know me and a few of my friends have all complained to the council about it. Hopefully its sorted with proper tarmac.

(don't get me started about the abomination they've made of Gibson lane in kippax last month)

It seems as though they were just cleaning the stones off it again? They did that a few month ago, are they just gonna donthat every few month?!
