As a lot of us I'm happy to cycle in all weathers apart from fog. Even with four different lights on the back of my bike I don't feel safe most of the time and fog is just the excuse a dozy SMIDSY graduate of the Magoo driving school needs.
So I've got a 200 Lumen front light and bit of perspex...
...drawn around the lens...
...cut it out...
...and put it all back together.
Not bad but the thickness of the perspex has dulled the light output so I need a thinner filter.
The principal is sound though and it's as bright as any of my existing lights. Maybe I should make a lens for my 1800 lumen light instead.
