Using NCB accrued on one car on both cars insured?

Does anyone know of any insurers who allow NCB accrued on one car to be used from starting insuring a second car while simultaneously using it on the original car?

I know Direct Line used to do this but no longer it seems...

Liverpool Victoria did it for me once, but it was a hold while I ask my manager job, so may not be strict company policy.
