So, I could be predictable and see Rush in the UK, but why the hell would you do that when you've already done it and they're on in Helsinki or Amsterdam.....I love Finland, but have never been to the Arena, however I've never been to Amsterdam full stop, let alone the Dome! Opinions welcome as to which venue is better.

Try Canada. I travelled out for the Snakes and Arrows tour. A change to Birmingham I thought. Thirds row seats at the ACC Toronto - it was the greatest gig I've ever been to.

That said, I've got tix for Birmingham in May.

Hmmm, don't tempt me, I'd love to do that, but common sense has to play an occasional part in my life, and she who must be obeyed will have a cow if I drop that particular bomb!

Isn't the inside of a arena much the same as any other?

Perhaps, but not having had the good fortune to visit all the arenas the world has to offer, I'd be guessing!

I haven't seen Rush since the Signals tour.frown But I've had a few pints in Lifeson's company at the Orbit room in T.O. I've just thought on, they were supposed to play at Deeside that tour but it was moved to Birmingham because of a fire.

I saw them 2 years ago in Newcastle, when they played every song from the Moving pictures album non-stop.....it was the 30 year anniversary of the release of that album, which was when I'd previously seen them!

I had the pleasure of seeing them at the Ford Amphitheatre near Tampa a few years back. 80 degree heat, outside......superb!

Was much better than any of the the times I've seen them here in the uk.

Borefest? Compared to what? Anything but boring when we saw them, I think they try harder than most bands I've seen to keep it humorous and interesting.
