Heat on asbestos

Some months ago a neighbouring site to us sufered a massive fire, which lasted for weeks.
It was a plastic recycling company and the heat was severe for a prolonged period.
Some of the neighbouring walls on our site are asbestos clad and, whilst it probably did a great job in protecting our buildings at the time, I now need to find out the likely affect of the heat on the asbestos itself.
Surprisngly, we and our insurers are having difficulty in finding someone competent to advise us on the state of our walls and roofs and whether or not the asbestos is weakened.
Our Structural Engineer reckons it is deteriorating but proving it seems to be difficult.
Can anyone help please.

We do regular checks but we are looking for someone to confirm the current physical state of the cladding and if it has deteriorated because of an extreme fire.
Our Structural Engineer and Marley - Eternit, who used to manufacture these sheets, reckon that it has.
The Loss Adjuster is trying to argue otherwise.
