Chimaera Dash Instrument size ?
Discussion
Hi there,
in the process of getting a new dashboard and replacing some instruments.
maybe sombody knows the size of the TVR instruments used in the early cars ?
wanted to replace them with 52mm ones but unsure if they are right size
compared to the TVR ones. have read they used something like 62mm but not sure.
not my dashboard but have those old school white in my car too

any help highly appreciated

52mm is too small and will drop through the holes.
I cant remember whether the early gauges (yours look the same as mine) are 58 or 62mm for the minor gauges but the major ones are also an odd size too.
Been thinking about getting a new dash cut for mine so I can renew the gauges altogether but don't know anyone handy with laser cutting kit.
