DIY Leather Restoration?

I just bought a car, and it has leather seats which while better than most I have seen are still pretty munted.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to bring them back before they are totally ruined? Even if I can stop them getting worse i'd be a happy chap.

Or the other product which seems to get recommended is Furniture Clinic. The leather seats in my car are in similar condition so I've been reading up on DIY repair and renovation.

Cheers for that, though I should have stated that Im in New Zealand. I've fired them off an email, so hopefully they have a partner here in NZ as that scuffmaster stuff looks like it could be a winner!
