As for fordforums.au you have to email the administrator and ask to join as its a UK IP. Thats what i did.
Plenty places to get parts shipped over within a week and also monkfish performance down in MK will get you all the suspension and brake parts you need.
He may even have a supply of some falcon parts as im always ordering new bits.

Did put this in the other area! but they can be one-eyed sometimes! 
A friend of mine used to have one, a sedan. He now has a BA II XR8 which is pretty nice to drive.
Pedders, DBA and EBC all make stuff for them which I believe you can get over there, which is a bonus as they are the heavy service items, brakes and suspension.
You could try Ebay OZ as some of the Ford dealers advertise on there.
