To mmc or not to mmc.......
Discussion
Good morning one and all, im going to be posting some questions here over the next few days i need to spend some cash on my little elise!...
Ok i have the mmc disks on my car at the mo' which i know is pretty cool, but as i also know they dont function over well in wet, ive only had a problem once..
So my question is do i sell them on, i understand they command a good 2nd hand price. Then purchase the eliseparts ally ones with some pagids?...ok over to you now-thanks!

you need to recognise what is "pretty cool" about having MMCs first.
If you drive a car with steelies you will soon feel the gyroscopic effect which is very noticeable. With the newer pads it shouldn;t be too much of an issue in the wet and you soon get used to it.
Personally I love MMCs.
