Anyone bought of these around the £15k mark?

Good/bad experience?

£15k will buy you a good facelift (2005), TD6, or Petrol/ Supercharged. The TDV8, which is probably the most practical option is going for a little more at the moment, but may come down soon with the seasonal effect, plus the L405 will be causing a lot of TDV8's to be traded in!

I'd say £15k will get you a great FullFat any which way.

Thanks for the reply.

I'd be happy with petrol, it wouldn't be doing huge miles, certainly less than 10k per annum.

I had no idea that supercharged's were down at that kind of money. Hmmm, now there's a thought!

If you can cope with the fuel consumption then go with Supercharged - they all have a great spec as standard including heated front and rear seats, front seat memory, rear dvd/screens, however the analogue tv tuner won't work. Based on 3 years of ownership I'm seeing no more than 20mpg on a run (normally 18mpg) in town 12-14mpg is the norm.

Cheers

Thanks, I'm used to poor economy with a 190bhp defender and a 350bhp Impreza as daily drives! My wife has a freelander 2 which we'll probably keep as she thinks a FFRR will be too big for her.
