Hi fellas
Looking to buy an Exige S@, test drove one as good as it was felt as if I needed a bit more power to keep me on my toes. Any performance variants or is the Supercharger on the way and should I wait ? Has anything else filtered down the grape wines ???

I'm not convinced lotus will bother with a super-charger. I seriously wonder if the costs involved in development would be repaid by the number of units they would sell

From a commercial standpoint i would be cracking on with the new Esprit or mid-range model.

More power is always nice but when i test drove one (public roads) i never got out of 4th -not convinced it actually needs more power.

Tupoley... I would buy one ... anyway as to the power your point on shifting into higher gears is good one but I am more interested in off the mark and 0-60mph stats doing above 5 secs is not scary enough.....

There are supercharger kits that up the horse power to 260HP.
I'm assuming the Exige model has the Rover 1.8L motor.
Just do a web search for "EliseTT"

Has anyone had the blitz kit fitted to an 111r or Exige s2 yet? Apparently its the only supercharger endorsed by Toyota. Presumably there are lots of other tuning options seeing as it's a japanese engine. Any other experiences with cams etc. to report?

I'm far from convinced the Blitz kit would fit in the engine bay without serious modifications. Also, the question of how all this is going to be cooled raises it's head.

I would anticipate some TRD-sourced normally-aspirated power upgrades for the 111r/Exige2 will come along, followed by a new and separate supercharged derivative.
