Guys,

Have a 993 turbo that's in extremely good condition however it needs the usually rusted scuttle fixing, the splitter and bonnet painting, edge of drivers door flaring and painting where some muppet has opened it into their garage door (previous owner muppet not me!!) and the rear wing reprinting where the colour match is a bit dodgy. I also want the callipers put back to their original red and the wheels putting back from black to silver but not using the cheap powder coat method.

I want to take the car to some shows once its done so really need someone who is going to do a first class job...without getting my pants taken down on price. Anyone know any decent paint shops accustomed to doing this sort of thing in or around camberley??

Thanks,

Jevs

Lakeside in Woodham may well be worth calling to discuss.

If you want the absolute best, contact Kelly (KDSKeltec on here; www.kdskeltec.co.uk/). Probably the best in the country when it comes to paints, detailing etc. Lepsons is next door and they are excellent for refurbishing the alloys.
Kelly is based in Gillingham, Kent however, but I'd say it's worth the journey!

Hi
My 993tt is being done at eporsch colour at the moment, not too far from you and you can go and see their work on my car if you drop by there in the next week or so.
There is also a thread on the Porsche forum on the metalwork repairs they did to the rear chassis legs.

Cheers for all your suggestions. I have however ended up using St Georges Coachworks in Camberley. They do a lot of classic restorations and really seem to know the business. I will post a few pictures when I get it back...good or bad!
