Firstly a deep clean with a nylon brush and then spray with an all purpose cleaner. Rinse and dry. To dress a matt finish looks better and will last longer, plus is more natural. Einszett do an amazing rubber dresser. Or for a more blinging look go for Finish Kare Top Coat Tyre dressing.

This - it is better to clean the tyre properly, before applying a dressing. To finish I use Swissvax Pneu, it's expensive, but when applied with a brush you hardly use any, so it lasts ages. Have a look at this guide, might help you as your tyres might need degreasing etc:
