e46 m3 to C63 PP

Evening All,
Just wondered if anyone has chopped in their e46 m3 for a c63 and their experience?
I think it might be time for a change and after driving a few 63 (no c class tho, sl, cls) at merc world they have got my attention.
Im cutting back on the trackdays so more straight line go would be great, and i just dont get on with the E60 m5 looks although love the idea of a v10.
Id be looking at around 27k with PP to cope with a couple of few trackdays per year.
Id also be going straight for the remap and from what i read that means 500-530 bhp.
