It does look good - is it a cat C or cat D, just wondering if anyone has done the HPI check?

Just spotted this one myself. It strikes me as a bit of 'when something looks too good to be true, it usually is'

Cat C or D recording doesn't bother me at that price provided it's been correctly repaired and the chassis isn't about to need a major amount of work. Must be worth a look scratchchin

Managed to get it for 6750 wink, it is in good order to be fair, once i've spent a couple of weekends on it she'll be good to go.

That is a good price. Very good.

What is the chassis like, any repair needed or is it solid?

wow...that looks like a Bargain...provided the car is technically in good nick and the accident damage was repaired properly....for that price even the outtriggers and suspension parts could be rusty.....adding the repair it would be still a bargain...imo.

Not a keeper then? It's back up for sale in the PH classifieds, in Worcestershire, same photograph that was used in the fleabay ad a couple of weeks back... no mention of the accident damage or HPI that was mentioned in the fleabay ad, and price in the PH ad is POA... Someone making a quick buck?

Got a price on it now 9450, wonder if he's fixed its clutch issues, which he asked for advice about here...

Chap who bought it off fleabay is called Marcus (posted above), chap selling it on PH is called Mike, suggests it's changed owners twice in less than two weeks confused

It's a cracking looking car, and had I not been working I might well have gone for a look myself.. just hope whoever buys it next gets a thorough inspection done smile

he bought the car...had some issues...asked for advice...but than he stopped any further postings here on the forum...so no idea if he was succesfull sorting the problems...i guess not.

maybe slave cylinder has gone....gearbox needs to ome off the engine...an maybe thats beyond his possibilites or his wallet.

i would also replace the clutch during that time...this will add another few hundred pound, but better safe than sorry. buying a TVR might be cheap, but driving a TVR was never cheap.
