What an enormous load of bks.
In theory you could improve combustion that way, but practically you are using much more energy to electrolyse H2O->H2+O to burn than you will get out of it.
Not to mention you'd need to inject much more of it than that piddly machine does - the reaction only nets you 13MJ per L of water (assuming a laughable 100% efficiency), Diesel/petrol is around 30MJ/litre, how much is in that piddly engine bay tank? Maybe half a litre of diesel's-worth?
I suppose you could argue that the extra hydrogen and oxygen would improve the combustion process, anyone got any figures for how much fuel/air might be in a 2 litre diesel engine's combustion chamber?
