Airfield track days

For my first outing in my 182 I'm thinking of an airfield style day. Im hoping that this will help me get to know the car/discover any parts that are about to fail without barriers in close proximity!

Does anybody know of any northwest/Cheshire locations and when they might be running?

I have been recently looking for something along the same lines.

Its closer to me, maybe a little far for you but apparently curborough do some Sundays in an arrive and drive type event thats £25 for 5 laps.

Its a small circuit, circa 1 minute per "lap" ( sprint course ) but should tell you if your wheels are going to drop off.

I am looking in to it, but the website is a little confusing.
